SILO 500bbl capacity hydraulically erected silo with valving and quick disconnect power supply. 60q cone-to-square discharge transition. 4" diameter filler pipe mounted to silo, bottom-to-top. Diffuser box with ceramic elbows for wear resistance. 3" diameter vent line connecting silo to pod. Bolt on manhole access located on silo top. Support legs (4). Air fluffing (aeration pads) factory mounted and pre-piped to air reservoir. Air required for aeration is furnished through a 3", 2 H.P. blower package as standard equipment.
PORTABILITY Tandem-axle trailer w/spring suspension, 11:22.5 tires, air brakes, 5th wheel tractor connect & lighting system, all D.O.T. approved. 5" Hydraulic cylinders with valving and all interconnecting hardware. The valve is mounted to trailer for hydraulically erecting silo unit. Silo is mounted horizontally on a rugged I-beam trailer for transport. Heavy duty landing gear furnished on trailer for truck disconnect. Support bracing to grade on weigh pod end of trailer.
